T-Mobile A-GPS Patch

(Depreciated version as of v1.3. v1.2 was last release. See page on A-GPS Worldwide Patch.)

This is identical to the North America GPS addition on another page. However, there is one slight modification. I added the extra T-Mobile HOST to the gps.conf.
